1. Unopened Biochemical Chain-of-Custody
To guarantee chemical purity and prevent cross-contamination across United Kingdom laboratories, opened, reconstituted, or unsealed peptide vials cannot be restocked. Unopened, tamper-sealed items may be authorized for return within 14 days of UK delivery by contacting support@peptideverge.com.
2. UK Courier Damage or Fulfilment Discrepancies
If any vial arrives damaged in UK transit or differs from your order invoice, email support@peptideverge.com within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and clear photographs of the outer mailer and vial label for priority replacement or refund.
